Five courses on bread and dough with Dmitrii Kozlovskii and Vera Kara, from a first loaf to sourdough, croissants, panettone and Easter bakes. Bread is dough, time and temperature, and this track teaches all three.

You follow the recipe, wait, and the loaf tells you nothing about what went wrong. Dough, time and temperature have to be learned together.
Everyday bread, sourdough, croissants, panettone, Easter bakes. Which one is the way in, and which assumes you can already handle dough?
A dense crumb or a croissant that leaks butter has a cause in the dough, the time or the temperature. One recipe at a time, you never see the pattern.
Each course is worth having. Five separate checkouts cost more than one plan, and you still have to choose the order yourself.
Not five playlists of watched videos. Skills that hold up on an ordinary Tuesday, in your kitchen, with your oven.
We open with Bread & Baking, where the dough theory begins. Then sourdough, croissants and laminated dough, panettone and the Easter bakes. All five open the moment you enroll.

Where the dough theory begins: seven theory lessons first, then fifteen practice bakes, 22 lessons in all.

Where should I start, and does the order matter?
Start with Bread & Baking, where the dough theory begins: seven theory lessons come first, then fifteen practice bakes. After that the order is yours, though the sequence above builds each skill on the last.
I'm a complete beginner. Will I keep up?
Yes. Bread & Baking opens with seven theory lessons before the first bake, and every lesson is a video you can rewatch. Panettone asks for a strong flour and a little patience, which is why it sits later in the path.
What equipment do I need?
A home oven, a mixing bowl and basic tools are enough to start. Sourdough needs flour, water, a jar and a scale. Croissants are rolled by hand with a rolling pin, no sheeter needed. The Easter doughs need a mixer.
What about pizza and savory doughs?
Pizza, fresh pasta, dumplings and pies are in the Savory Kitchen track. This track stays on bread, sourdough, laminated dough, panettone and Easter bakes, and no course is in both.
What is the difference between the plans?
All three plans include the complete core program of all five courses. Essentials is self-guided. Studio adds homework feedback and answers from the team for 1 year in every course, plus a certificate of completion for each. Signature adds every Signature-only lesson and upgrades you to lifetime access, while Essentials and Studio include 1 year of access.
I already own some of these courses. Do I pay for them twice?
No. Sign in before you check out, and what you paid for your courses comes off the track price, down to a minimum price that checkout shows you. If you are not signed in, checkout shows the full price.
What if the track is not for me?
Every plan comes with a real 14-day money-back guarantee. Join, watch the first lessons, try a first batch. If you decide within 14 days of purchase that it's not for you, email us and we will refund you in full.
