Last updated: June 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://lechefio.com and any online courses, digital materials, student accounts, support features, and related services provided under the LeChefio brand.

By using our website, creating an account, purchasing a course, accessing course materials, or contacting us for support, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Company Information

The website and services are operated by:

Culinary Learning Media Limited

In these Terms:

  • “LeChefio”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Culinary Learning Media Limited and the LeChefio brand.
  • “You”, “student”, and “user” refer to any person who visits the website, creates an account, purchases a course, accesses course materials, or uses our services.

2. What LeChefio Provides

LeChefio provides online pastry and culinary education.

Our products and services may include:

  • pre-recorded video lessons;
  • recipes and written course materials;
  • PDF files and other digital learning resources;
  • access to an online student account or learning platform;
  • homework submission and review, depending on the course or plan purchased;
  • support from our team or course curators, depending on the course or plan purchased;
  • course completion certificates, where applicable.

The exact course content, price, access period, support level, homework review availability, certificate availability, and included materials are described on the relevant course page or checkout page at the time of purchase.

3. Digital Products Only

LeChefio sells access to online courses and digital learning materials.

We do not sell or ship physical goods through the website.

Because our products are digital, no physical delivery or physical return is required.

4. Course Access

After successful payment, you receive access to the course or courses included in your purchase.

Access may be provided through:

  • your student account;
  • email instructions;
  • a learning platform;
  • a private course area;
  • another access method described at checkout.

Some courses or plans may include lifetime access. Others may include access for a limited period.

If lifetime access is offered, it means that no fixed expiration date is applied to your access to that course under the purchased plan. It does not mean that we guarantee that the website, platform, technology, or course format will remain unchanged forever.

We may update the technical format, platform, structure, or delivery method of a course when needed, provided that students continue to receive access to the purchased course materials in a reasonable way.

The exact access period is determined by the course, plan, or offer purchased.

5. Course Plans and Support

Different courses may have different plans or access levels.

Depending on the course, a plan may include:

  • access to video lessons, recipes, and PDFs;
  • homework submission;
  • homework review;
  • questions and answers;
  • curator or support team feedback;
  • additional lessons or bonus recipes;
  • a course completion certificate.

The availability of support, homework review, and certification depends on the specific course and plan purchased.

Support access may be limited in time even if course material access is longer or lifetime, unless the relevant course page states otherwise.

6. Account Registration and Security

To access purchased courses, you may need to create an account or receive login details.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or making a purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You must not:

  • share your account with another person;
  • sell, rent, transfer, or give access to your account;
  • allow multiple people to use one personal account;
  • use another person's account without permission.

If we reasonably believe that your account is being shared, misused, accessed by unauthorized users, or used in violation of these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access.

7. Age and Legal Capacity

By purchasing a course or using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use our services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Some course materials may include recipes or techniques involving alcohol-based ingredients. We do not sell alcohol. You are responsible for complying with the legal drinking age and alcohol-related laws in your country or region.

8. Payments

Course prices are displayed on the website, course page, or checkout page.

Prices may be shown in the currency available at checkout. Taxes, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or payment provider fees may apply depending on your country, bank, card issuer, or payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, or other providers available at checkout.

By making a purchase, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge your payment method.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases that have already been completed.

We are not responsible for payment delays, failed payments, declined cards, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or other charges applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund period for online course purchases.

You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us at hello@lechefio.com.

Good-faith refund requests made within the 14-day refund period are provided with no penalties.

You do not need to return any physical goods because our products are digital.

If a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course will be closed.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If you purchased a bundle, package, or multiple courses, the refund conditions may apply to the purchased product as a whole unless stated otherwise on the relevant offer page.

Requesting or receiving a refund does not give you permission to keep, copy, share, distribute, download, resell, or continue using any course materials after access is closed.

We may provide additional refund details on a separate Refund Policy page. If there is a conflict between this section and a more specific Refund Policy published on our website, the more specific Refund Policy will apply.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first at hello@lechefio.com.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent, we may temporarily suspend access to the related course or account while the matter is reviewed.

This does not limit your right to request a refund under our refund policy.

11. Homework, Feedback, and Student Support

Some courses or plans may allow you to submit homework, ask questions, receive feedback, or communicate with our support team or course curators.

We aim to provide helpful educational feedback, but we do not guarantee that feedback will lead to a specific result.

You are responsible for:

  • carefully watching the lessons;
  • following instructions;
  • using suitable ingredients and equipment;
  • observing food safety rules;
  • checking local laws and regulations if you cook or sell food commercially.

Support is intended to help you understand and apply the course materials. It is not a guarantee of a perfect result, business success, professional qualification, or income.

12. Certificates

Some courses may include a course completion certificate.

A LeChefio certificate confirms that you completed the relevant course requirements within our learning platform.

LeChefio certificates are not:

  • official academic degrees;
  • diplomas issued by an accredited educational institution;
  • professional licenses;
  • government-recognized qualifications;
  • internationally accredited credentials;
  • permission to work in a regulated profession.

A certificate does not guarantee employment, business results, professional status, clients, income, or compliance with local licensing requirements.

If you plan to use your skills professionally, you are responsible for checking the laws, food safety rules, licensing requirements, and business regulations in your country or region.

13. Educational Purpose

Our courses are provided for educational purposes.

We teach pastry, baking, dessert, chocolate, culinary, and related techniques through video lessons and digital materials.

Results may vary depending on many factors, including:

  • your ingredients;
  • your equipment;
  • your kitchen environment;
  • your skill level;
  • your practice;
  • your attention to instructions;
  • your local climate and storage conditions;
  • your ability to troubleshoot mistakes.

We do not guarantee that you will achieve a specific result, reproduce a recipe perfectly, start a business, earn income, attract clients, or meet professional requirements.

14. Food Safety, Allergens, and Local Regulations

Our courses may include recipes or techniques involving common allergens or sensitive ingredients, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, chocolate, alcohol, and other ingredients.

You are responsible for:

  • checking ingredient labels;
  • managing allergens safely;
  • following food safety practices;
  • storing products correctly;
  • using suitable kitchen equipment;
  • checking whether ingredients are appropriate for your health, diet, religion, or personal restrictions;
  • complying with local rules if you sell food or serve it to others.

Our courses do not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, legal, or regulatory advice.

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or professional food business obligations, you should consult a qualified specialist where appropriate.

15. Intellectual Property

All course materials and website content are protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • videos;
  • recipe texts, explanations, and instructions as presented in the course;
  • PDF files;
  • lesson structure;
  • images and graphics;
  • course names and branding;
  • website design;
  • text, explanations, and educational materials;
  • downloadable resources;
  • any other content provided by LeChefio.

Unless otherwise stated, all such materials are owned by or licensed to Culinary Learning Media Limited.

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course materials for your own learning.

You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or share course materials;
  • sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, or transfer access to course materials;
  • upload course materials to websites, social media, file-sharing services, cloud folders, messenger groups, or third-party platforms;
  • share your login details or course access with another person;
  • record, extract, download, or redistribute videos unless we expressly allow it;
  • remove watermarks, copyright notices, branding, or proprietary notices;
  • create competing courses, paid materials, guides, workshops, PDFs, videos, or educational products by copying, adapting, or repackaging our proprietary course materials, lesson structure, explanations, or presentation of recipes.

Unauthorized use of our materials may lead to account termination and legal action.

16. Personal Use and Commercial Application

You may use the skills, knowledge, and techniques learned in our courses to cook, bake, create desserts, make products, and develop your own practice.

Unless a specific course page states otherwise, you may use what you learn to make food for personal use or for your own food-related business, provided that you comply with applicable laws and regulations.

This permission applies to making food products. It does not allow you to copy, publish, teach, resell, distribute, or repackage our course materials, recipe texts, PDFs, videos, explanations, lesson structure, or educational content as your own training product or commercial educational resource.

17. Downloadable Materials

Some courses may include downloadable materials, such as PDFs, recipes, checklists, or worksheets.

Downloadable materials are provided for your personal learning and use only.

Unless we expressly allow it, you must not share, publish, sell, distribute, upload, or transfer downloadable materials to anyone else.

Course videos are provided for streaming access unless the course page or platform expressly allows video downloads.

18. User Content and Homework Submissions

If you submit homework, photos, comments, questions, feedback, messages, or other materials through our platform or support channels, you are responsible for the content you submit.

You confirm that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

We may use your submitted content internally to:

  • review homework;
  • provide support;
  • answer your questions;
  • improve the learning process;
  • keep records related to your course participation.

Some course areas may show your submissions, comments, or assignment responses to other students if this is clearly indicated in the relevant lesson, assignment, or platform area.

Visibility within a course area is not the same as public marketing use. We will not use your personal homework photos, name, or feedback as public marketing material without appropriate permission.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unrelated to the course.

19. Student Conduct

You agree to use our website, courses, and support channels respectfully and lawfully.

You must not:

  • harass, threaten, insult, or abuse our team, curators, or other students;
  • post spam or unrelated advertising;
  • upload malicious files or links;
  • attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our website or platform;
  • impersonate another person;
  • provide false information;
  • violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
  • use our services for illegal purposes.

We may remove content, restrict support, suspend access, or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

20. Website and Course Availability

We aim to keep our website and courses available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

Access may be interrupted due to:

  • maintenance;
  • technical issues;
  • platform updates;
  • hosting issues;
  • payment provider issues;
  • security reasons;
  • third-party service failures;
  • events outside our reasonable control.

We may update, improve, reorganize, replace, add, remove, or modify course materials when needed to maintain or improve the learning experience.

We will not intentionally remove access to a purchased course without a reasonable reason, except where required for legal, security, operational, refund, fraud prevention, platform, or Terms enforcement reasons.

21. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may use third-party platforms and tools, including:

  • payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal;
  • email service providers;
  • analytics tools;
  • Telegram bot functionality;
  • hosting providers;

  • learning platform technology;
  • customer support tools.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the actions, downtime, errors, fees, decisions, policies, or availability of third-party providers.

22. International Access

We may make our website and courses available to users worldwide where legally and technically possible.

However, access to our website, courses, payments, or services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries, regions, or territories due to legal restrictions, payment provider rules, sanctions, technical limitations, or business reasons.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is legal in your country or region.

We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or cancel access where required or appropriate for compliance with applicable laws, sanctions, payment provider requirements, or these Terms.

You must not use our services in a way that violates applicable laws, sanctions, payment provider rules, intellectual property rights, consumer protection rules, or these Terms.
