Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for online courses and digital products purchased from LeChefio through https://lechefio.com.

LeChefio is operated by Culinary Learning Media Limited.

1. Digital Products Only

LeChefio sells access to online pastry and culinary courses and related digital materials.

Our products may include:

  • pre-recorded video lessons;
  • recipes;
  • PDF files;
  • downloadable learning materials;
  • homework submission and review, depending on the course or plan purchased;
  • student support, depending on the course or plan purchased;
  • course completion certificates, where applicable.

We do not sell or ship physical goods through our website.

Because our products are digital, no physical return is required.

2. 14-Day Refund Period

We offer a 14-day refund period for online course purchases.

You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request.

Good-faith refund requests made within the 14-day refund period are provided with no penalties.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@lechefio.com.

Please include:

  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • your full name, if available;
  • the course or product name;
  • the order number or payment confirmation, if available.

This helps us find your purchase faster and process the request correctly.

4. What Happens After a Refund

If your refund is approved and processed:

  • your access to the refunded course will be closed;
  • any related homework review, support, certificate eligibility, or course benefits connected to that purchase will also end;
  • you must stop using the refunded course materials;
  • you must not copy, share, distribute, resell, publish, or continue using any course materials after the refund.

If you downloaded any PDF files, recipes, checklists, worksheets, or other materials before the refund, you must delete them and stop using them after the refund is issued.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We cannot usually send a refund to a different card, account, or payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, country, or payment method.

After we issue the refund, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Bundles, Packages, and Multiple-Course Purchases

If you purchased a bundle, package, promotion, or multiple-course offer, the refund usually applies to the purchased product as a whole.

If a refund is issued for a bundle or package:

  • access to all courses included in that refunded bundle or package may be closed;
  • any related bonuses, certificates, support, or additional materials connected to that purchase may also be removed.

If a specific offer has different refund conditions, those conditions will be stated on the relevant offer, course, or checkout page.

7. Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged twice by mistake or there was a billing error, please contact us at hello@lechefio.com.

We will review the payment and correct confirmed duplicate charges or billing errors.

8. Refunds After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day refund period are not guaranteed.

However, you can still contact us if you believe there was a technical issue, duplicate charge, billing mistake, or another exceptional situation.

We will review such requests individually.

9. Technical Access Issues

If you cannot access your course, please contact us first at hello@lechefio.com.

We will try to help you resolve the issue.

Technical issues may include:

  • login problems;
  • missing access after payment;
  • incorrect email address;
  • payment confirmation delays;
  • browser or device issues;
  • course access not appearing in your account.

If we are unable to provide access to a purchased course because of an issue on our side, we will either restore access or issue a refund.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are usually able to resolve refund and access issues faster through direct support.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or fraud claim is opened, we may suspend access to the related course or account while the matter is reviewed.

This does not limit your right to request a refund under this Refund Policy.

11. Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Misuse

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and simple.

We may refuse a refund or restrict future purchases only where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, repeated misuse of refunds, unauthorized account sharing, violation of our Terms of Service, or an attempt to copy, download, distribute, resell, or misuse course materials.

This section does not affect normal good-faith refund requests made within the 14-day refund period.

12. No Physical Returns

Since LeChefio provides digital course access and digital learning materials, there are no physical products to return.

If you see the word “return” in relation to LeChefio, it refers only to refund handling for digital purchases, not the return of physical goods.
